We're glad you asked.​ Szezám is an award-winning* gluten-free brand and café in Budapest.​

 

Who is Szezám?

 

An Akita. Kindness, charm and the feeling of home, who always turns to people with the same love.The spirit on which we build our business was born from this feeling. Sesame is an enthusiastic and obsessed team from different walks of life. As a company, we strive for a connection between flavors and daily pleasures.

 

​​​​All our dishes and desserts are free of gluten, milk and refined sugars. We use oat, tapioca, almond, and coconut flour instead of grain flour, and we choose agave, xylitol, honey, and erythritol instead of traditional sugar for sweetening. Milk of animal origin is replaced by plant-based alternatives. Most of our dishes follow the paleo and vegan trend.​​
